The scan human bodies and from this data they form 3D polygons which are turned into 2D patterns. “From 2D to 3D, we opened an entirely new dimension in which apparel can take any shape imaginable,” the designers explain.

For his final project at school, designer Adrán Froufe created the identity for 100×100, an organic food brand that seeks to create links between rural producers and urban consumers. It is made from corrugated cardboard, to which the seeds of various herbs are added in the manufacturing process – meaning it can be planted after use.

Housing company AF Bostäder has created the smallest student home in Lund, Sweden in order to provide accommodation at the lowest possible rent, SKr30,000 ($4,460, £2,840) a year. As the country lacks student housing the interest has been great among students who are able to enter a competition on AF’s website.
