Over an intense autumn week Gothenburg design festival yet again invites the public to explore the intersecting fields of design, art, crafts, fashion and architecture. Here are three exhibitions that will be on display during the week.
Show Crafts
An exhibition with and by students and staff in Crafts about what’s going on at the present within Ceramic Art, Jewellery Art and Textile Art at HDK.
Xiaodai Huang
Xiaodai Huang covers industrial objects with colourful decorations, combines graphical stylizations of of wings, stones and flowers with new organic shapes.
BFA programme in Design – Degree show
Design undergraduate degree show. This three year Bachelor of Fine Arts in design accommodates a wide platform for individual searches for an identity as designer. Mirroring that ambition the degree projects represents a variety of design topics and techniques – such as illustration, pattern construction, graphic form, interior design, furniture and product development.
